Each link is a sycamore seed hammered out of sterling silver wire until it spreads and curves. They are linked by a silver wire soldered on to the back, connecting the two halves of the leaf. They curve gently around the neck, ensuring a comfortable, smooth fit.
The finish is matt to give the texture prominence.
You can choose between a heavier version with fewer elements or a slightly more delicate one with more leaves.
The heavy one has 18 elements ranging in size from 33 mm wide at the front graduating down to 21 mm at the back.
It 17" long but can easily be altered if you wish. Just let me know! It weighs 46 grams.
The more delicate version has 23 leaf elements measuring from 18 mm wide at the front to 15 mm at the back and weighs 25 grams in silver.
